Titan Fitness offers a gym where anyone, at any fitness level, can achieve the results they are looking for. Everybody is on their own lifestyle journey, and Titan Fitness is here to support that effort.
Our founder, Chris Cupi knows first hand the commitment and loyalty it takes to begin and stick to a healthy lifestyle. His journey to becoming fit began more than 70 pounds ago. He didn’t do it on his own, and you shouldn’t have to either. We are here to provide a gym that includes the tools, guidance and inspiration you need to achieve the healthy body you’ve been striving for.

Support for Every Journey

At Titan Fitness, we know that a healthy lifestyle doesn’t end with the gym. Balance is key, and your workout has to fit in with your everyday life. That is why our 12-month memberships include options like 24/7 gym access at our Peoria and Washington locations to suit your schedule, a free fitness consultation to help get you on the right track for your individual goals, and group classes to keep your workouts fresh and well-rounded.

Our fitness instructors are here to help you start, continue or accelerate your workout, and answer any questions you may have. You may choose to work out on your own, attend one of our available classes or opt for specific fitness help from a Titan Fitness trainer.
Our trainers are available at convenient times to give you individualized guidance. Our trainers have a variety of schedules and backgrounds, so we can pair you with the trainer best suited for you and your goals.

Our Team

  • Nathan Ujinski

    General Manager

    Nathan Ujinski is the General Manager at Titan Fitness Peoria. He has studied at Illinois Central College and University of Illinois At Urbana. Nathan is pursuing an ACE certification in personal training. He worked in public service for over 20 years. During that time being physically fit was crucial.  Now he is excited to once again help people and witness their journey to being happier and healthier.

     

  • Dawn Casey

    Group Fitness Manager

    I began my journey into group fitness and Les Mills programs at the age of 38 and it quickly became my addiction.  I am now 45 years old and I am in better physical health and feel stronger than I was at age 25.  With Les Mills and group fitness, it has provided me the path I needed to help many people of various levels of fitness on their path to better health.  I believe the core to achieving success in getting fit and healthy is not just about the workout and nutrition but also surrounding yourself with the right atmosphere, people and trainers that care and constantly challenge you to reach your goals.

    As GFM, I make it my mission to provide a safe environment and to help our members become part of the team.  As your coach/instructor, I strive to make fitness fun and change lives!

    Fitness and training has always been a passion of mine. I believe that fitness can help us in our everyday lives not only feel better but help those around us feel better. I currently teach Les Mills Bodycombat, CX, Grit and Sprint and enjoy sharing knowledge, education and experience in the PT. Watching others achieve their personal fitness goals has always been something I’ve enjoyed and look forward to continuing that with many more.

     


     

     

  • Cindy Wilfong

    Personal Trainer

    Cindy Wilfong is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.

    She also has a certificate in Lifestyle Wellness Coaching and over 30 years of practical experience in the health and fitness field having been a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, competitive bodybuilder, contest promoter and speaker. Cindy has spent countless hours studying nutrition, strength and fitness training as it applies to a lifestyle of optimal health and wellness.

    Whether it is someone new to exercising and lifting weights who needs the basics,  someone wanting tips to take their training to the next level, or a physique athlete looking for some help with show preparation,  Cindy enjoys working with clients who want to learn more about the fitness and training lifestyle.

    Hello! My name is Jennifer. I graduated from Grace College with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.  I have worked with strength and conditioning for many sports teams as well as individual training. I received my ACE personal training certification shortly after graduation. I absolutely love helping people reach their health and fitness goals! Fitness truly is a journey. It’s a story to tell and an adventure to be had. It’s a lifestyle; one that’s worth fighting for. And that’s what I want to help others achieve.

  • Kyle Thomas

    Kyle is one of our personal triners and our TF Boxing intructor.  He has a bachelors in exercise science and a minor in human chemistry.  He was published research in fat loss and muscle development.

    “Many come to a gym with goals they wish to achieve but many fall short of these goals.  One of the biggest guestions in America is why do we fail in health goals?  The easy answer is a lack of knowledge.  My forte is the teaching of efficiency and technigues that can get the results you want no matter what your fitness goals may be.  I am an avid researcher and want to put time into each client to ensure your fitness goals are achieved.  I am here to push you to your peak performance and motivate you to keep coming bacl for more.  I have worked with a variety of clients whether it be D1 athletes or those with disabilities.  Together we can achieve your health goals because you can do it.”
