CrossFit Max Strength

 CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a  program designed to optimize your fitness.

CrossFit involves real-life movements that are constantly varied and performed at a high intensity. CrossFit Max Strength focuses on functional strength, which is a goal of overall fitness in the areas of cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit Max Strength’s philosophy is that we are each other’s best motivator, and can be driven even harder by encouraging each other and working out together.

On-Ramp

Our on-ramp program includes three one-on-one sessions with our CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. These three one-on-one sessions are designed to teach you the lifts and movements most often used in CrossFit before joining a regular class. We can set these sessions up with you based on your schedule, so any time that works for you, works for us!

Intro to CrossFit Max Strength (FREE)

Do you have an interest in CrossFit but you’re not sure if it’s right for you? Our introductory classes every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. are free and open to non-members! You can try these classes as many times as you want without being obligated to join. Call to reserve your spot today!

Can’t make the Introductory class? No problem. See our class schedule here. More times are being added as needed, so if none of the class times fit your schedule call us and we will work out the details. We’ll see you soon!
